DKSH receives HR Asia Award 2020 for being one of the best companies to work for in Vietnam

DKSH receives the “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020” award by Asia's most authoritative publications for human resource professionals.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, July 10, 2020 – DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia, was announced as the winner of “Vietnam's Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020”. Hosted by HR Asia, the most renowned publication for HR professionals, the award is now presented in twelve markets across Asia.

Since the establishment in 2013, this prestigious award handpicks world class corporations with high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.

HR Asia conducted the survey with a custom-made tool based on a total engagement assessment model to measure employee engagement. This model aims at helping companies better understand their employees to improve human resources activities. The survey differentiated between three main categories: the first one is called “Core” and includes the collective organization for real engagement. The second category is about the concept of “Self”, covering heart, mind and soul and the third category refers to “Group”, encompassing the areas think, feel and do. DKSH scored considerably higher than the prevailing industry in the last category. This falls in line with DKSH Identity, having collaboration as one of its core values.
