DKSH Partners With IOI Oleo for Six Key Markets in Asia Pacific

Zurich, Switzerland, February 23, 2022 – DKSH's Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for IOI Oleo’s range of oleochemical specialties in six key Asian Pacific markets, including Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea, and Vietnam. The distribution agreement will commence on April 1, 2022.

IOI Oleo produces a broad range of oleochemical products for a large number of industrial applications, such as active ingredients and excipients for the pharmaceutical industry. Under the agreement, DKSH will provide market expansion services for IOI Oleo’s range of triglycerides, lipids, oils, fatty esters, hard fats, liquid solubilizers, and specialties, including brands, such as DYNASAN^®, IMWITOR^®, MIGLYOL^®, SOFTIGEN^®, SOFTISAN^®, and WITEPSOL^®.
