Zurich, Switzerland, May 13, 2020 – DKSH's shareholders today approved all motions at the 87th Ordinary General Meeting by a large majority. The independent proxy represented 84.2 percent of total share capital.

The General Assembly elected Marco Gadola as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Shareholders authorized the distribution of an ordinary dividend of CHF 1.90 per share as from May 19, 2020.

DKSH's new Chairman, Marco Gadola, commented: “A special thanks to our shareholders for the trust placed in me. DKSH recorded solid results in the first four months of 2020 due to its resilient business model of distributing daily consumption and healthcare items. For the entire year 2020, however, it is not possible to assess the impact of COVID-19 on the business. Therefore, DKSH withdraws its outlook for this year. DKSH will report its Half-Year results on July 15 and host its Capital Market Day on September 21, 2020.
