DKSH has been acknowledged with the prestigious HR accolade, the “Great Place to Work®” certificate in Australia.
Sydney, Australia, March 23, 2023 – DKSH Australia has received international recognition as a Great Place to Work® company with 91% of employees satisfied with the way the company operates. The score, generated through an employee voice survey, is 3% higher than the average rating compared to other global companies, and was awarded by the Great Place to Work® institute.
The US-based Great Place to Work® Institute is a consultancy company specialized in work environment culture. As the global authority on workplace culture, it is built on the belief that great employee experiences are better for people, for business, and for the world. Founded by business journalists Robert Levering and Milton Moskowitz, the institute has been dedicated to assessing companies based on their workplace environments for more than 30 years.
DKSH Australia has been certified as a Great Place to Work based entirely on the employees’ votes through the Great Place to Work® survey, helping companies quantify their organizational culture, measure employee engagement, and drive meaningful impact with business and people.
The survey showed the following outcome:
- Employees found people are treated fairly, regardless of their race, sex, age, or sexual orientation
- Employees found were made to feel welcome when they joined DKSH
- Employees subscribed that DKSH offers is a psychologically and emotionally safe environment to work in
Haylee Money, Senior HR Director, ANZ & Head of Country, Australia, stated: “It is a great honor for DKSH Australia to receive this certification.
