Bangkok, Thailand, December 3, 2021 – DKSH Thailand was the proud recipient of the HR Excellence Awards 2021 (Thailand) in several categories, organized by Human Resources Online. In addition to winning the Gold award, DKSH Thailand has also won the Silver award for “Excellence in HR Communication Strategy” and the Bronze award for “Excellence in Crisis Management and Recovery”, highlighting DKSH's expertise in delivering a clear and strategic communication to foster a well-informed workforce, as well as the company's strength in successfully guiding and supporting its employees and stakeholders through a crisis.
The Human Resources team at DKSH Thailand has demonstrated strong collaboration across work locations as well as stakeholders in different Business Units and Functions to develop initiatives and tools to facilitate effective communication throughout the business, such as live webinars to update employees on benefits, a LINE Official account to broadcast important news and announcements to employees, and culture cascade programs to strengthen engagement within a large-scale organization like DKSH Thailand with a workforce over 10,000 people nationwide. Moreover, special support programs and guidelines were specifically created to safeguard employees and help them cope with the pandemic, including hybrid work arrangements, on-site vaccination drives, Sinopharm vaccination for upcountry workforce, and medical expenses support for COVID-19 patients.
