Having established its first branch office in Penang in 1923, DKSH Malaysia has continued to grow with DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad incorporated on December 24, 1991, and subsequently listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on December 13, 1994.

Under this segment the Group provides the full range of Market Expansion Services and supports suppliers in growing the Malaysian market. The services range from marketing and sales, to distribution and logistics, invoicing and credit management, market hygiene, and trade return management, and other value added services. This businesses represented under this segment are Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Food Services.

Under the Healthcare segment, DKSH provides a wide range of integrated and customized solutions, including registration, market entry studies, marketing and sales, redressing, physical distribution, as well as invoicing and cash collection.

The primary business activity under this segment is the Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookie business, which further expanded its retail footprint to an impressive number of outlets. Furthermore, this segment also includes central overheads, which are not allocated to the various operating segments, such as centralized SAP system enhancements that benefit all units.
