DKSH Thailand ignites innovative social impact initiatives aimed at creating lasting change through holistic educational support.
Bangkok, September 27, 2023 – DKSH Thailand has initiated an educational campaign to empower children in the local communities. Guided by our common purpose of enriching people’s lives, the campaign is focused on making a genuine difference and bringing a positive impact to the communities where we operate, from alleviating hunger to improving life skills.
The initiative involves supplying educational books to local schools and organizing activities centered on health, safety, and fostering creativity for children with the aim to reinforce their learning journey and enhance the overall quality of life for children in the communities.
In a resounding demonstration of this commitment, DKSH Thailand has donated a staggering 6,715 children's books which were collected through the contributions of DKSH Thailand's employees. These books were provided to schools, alongside organized educational sessions that emphasized safety and environmental awareness, with a particular focus on Road Safety and Waste Sorting topics. Moreover, an interactive coloring session was arranged, enabling students to unleash their creativity and compete for prizes by crafting their own unique artwork. In this endeavor, DKSH Thailand extended its support by offering snacks, beverages, and stationary supplies to the school children. The campaign recently occurred at Wat Bua Roi (Chaloem Rat Witthayakhan) School in Samutprakarn and Samahan Suksa School in Bangkok.
