DKSH Switzerland wins "Best Recruiter 2019/20" award in the wholesale/distribution category

DKSH has come first in the wholesale/distribution category in Switzerland in this year's BEST RECRUITERS study, thereby demonstrating that the company's high level of service also applies to potential candidates.

Zurich, Switzerland, September 10, 2020 – DKSH has been awarded with "Best Recruiter 2019/20" in the wholesale/distribution category in the latest BEST RECRUITERS study. There were 16 employers in this category in Switzerland. DKSH has won the “Best Recruiter” award for the second time, following an initial award in 2016/17.

The BEST RECRUITERS study assesses the efficiency of applicant communications on the company website, the level of information in online job advertisements, the employer's response time and the overall handling of applicants. The fact that DKSH was able to score highly in all these categories highlights that its high level of service also applies to potential candidates.

The annual BEST-RECRUITERS study examines the quality of the recruitment process at 1,500 employers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria based on over 100 scientific criteria. The 350 top-performing companies and 200 companies with most employees in Switzerland form the basis for the study, with the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) as the scientific advisory board.
