DKSH and EfpBiotek sign exclusive distribution agreement for ten markets in Asia and Europe

DKSH and Empresa Figueirense de Pesca (EfpBiotek) have signed an exclusive distribution agreement to provide EfpBiotek's range of natural ingredients for personal care applications to ten markets in Asia and Europe.

Zurich, Switzerland, May 30, 2019 – DKSH's Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading ingredients and specialty chemicals distributor, will exclusively sell, market, distribute and provide logistics for EfpBiotek's products in France, Denmark, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and Taiwan.

EfpBiotek's portfolio can be used in a broad range of applications. It includes vegetable squalanes (saturated oils), butters, oil waxes and emulsifiers; vegetable alternatives to beeswax, lanolins, silicones and petrolatums; natural serums and marina squalenes (unsaturated oils).

DKSH was selected as EfpBiotek's preferred distribution partner thanks to its proven track record, extensive capillary distribution network and strong capabilities in marketing and sales as well as logistics. Through this partnership, EfpBiotek will profit from DKSH's on-the-ground regulatory support and large customer base of cosmetics manufacturers in the two continents.
