DKSH cancels its Ordinary General Meeting and Capital Market Day and will reconvene both at later dates in 2020
DKSH cancels its Ordinary General Meeting on March 19, 2020 and Capital Market Day on May 15, 2020. DKSH intends to hold its General Meeting with the same agenda in the coming months and its Capital Market Day in the second half of 2020.

Media release
Zurich, Switzerland, March 17, 2020 – DKSH will not hold its 87th Ordinary General Meeting on March 19, 2020. This is due to latest requirements related to public events and minimum advance notice periods announced yesterday by the Swiss Federal Council to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
DKSH regrets having to take such a decision but fully supports the measures taken by the authorities. DKSH intends to hold the Ordinary General Meeting as soon as possible in the next few months with the same agenda. This includes the proposal to distribute an ordinary dividend of CHF 1.90 per share.
Current travel restrictions make it difficult to maintain the Capital Market Day on May 15, 2020. DKSH will therefore postpone its Capital Market Day to the second half of 2020 and will inform all stakeholders about the two events as soon as possible.
