We developed the POP6 merchandising solution, empowering over 1,500 merchandisers to optimize product placement in retail environments, ensuring availability, quantity, location, and pricing align with customer demand to maximize sales.

Efficient distribution and logistics are key to our commitment to enhancing product availability across channels, ensuring timely delivery to maximize consumer accessibility. Our regulatory services include product registration and ongoing consultancy, easing regulatory burdens and ensuring compliance for a smooth market journey for our clients' products.

Using the POP6 system, our clients and customers enjoy immediate system updates and faster tracking of merchandising activities, allowing for quick identification of issues and proactive resolutions. By streamlining merchandising activities and providing comprehensive tools for database management, execution, planning, sharing, monitoring, and connectivity, POP6 also increases operational efficiency.

Through our partnership with PepsiCo, we achieved robust double-digit growth for Lays, propelling it to become one of the foremost brands in the snacks category within hypermarkets and supermarkets. Our collaboration with Kalbe Farma also yielded significant results by expanding Extra Joss to over 250 new sales outlets across the market.
