Bangkok, Thailand, December 18, 2019 – DKSH Business Unit Consumer Goods, a leading partner for fast moving consumer goods companies seeking to grow their business in Asia, has signed a joint-venture agreement today with S&J International, a leading beauty and personal care innovation and manufacturing company based in Thailand.
Both entities will be holding a 50 percent stake in the joint venture. Through this partnership, DKSH will complement its existing portfolio of fast-moving consumer goods and enter the lucrative beauty and personal care market. DKSH has a proven track record for growing Consumer Goods brands in the region and with S&J's capabilities in innovation and manufacturing for global brands, the complimentary synergies in this joint-venture will create an exceptional platform for both companies to continue to grow.
