DKSH Cambodia donates important prevention equipment to support schools

DKSH supported schools with proper prevention measurements to protect against COVID-19 during their re-opening in Phnom Penh and in the Kratie province.

Phnom Penh, October 19, 2020 – DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Service provider with a focus on Asia, donated necessary equipment for COVID-19 protection such as body temperature checkers, hand sanitizers and face masks to two schools. The donation was conducted in different locations in the presence of Pro. Pheng Sovannara, Director of Beung Trobek high school in Phnom Penh, Prof. Chhor Mab, Director of Oreusey Primary school in Kratie province as well as teachers, students and DKSH management team.

During the re-openings, every public and private educational institution has to obey to the regulation from the Ministry of Health and other relevant ministries to make sure that they are stay safe. As a Swiss company deeply rooted in Asia for more than 150 years, being a responsible corporate citizen has always been part of the DKSH mindset. And since DKSH as one of the largest healthcare providers in Cambodia, it has taken this opportunity to offer important materials to support the educational institution who are trying hard to overcome the challenge. The objective of this donation is to support both teachers and students to stay safe, healthy and to keep their commitment to achieve their academic goals as well as to keep serving the society and local communities.
