DKSH Consumer Goods, with the support of its Singapore eCommerce team, has achieved a customer partnership milestone with Amazon Fresh in Singapore.
Amazon is a global eCommerce platform while its subsidiary, Amazon Fresh, is a third-party marketplace that specializes in the express daily delivery of groceries in many cities worldwide, including Singapore.
Challenge
Post-pandemic, COVID-19 safety measures have relaxed, and brick-and-mortar retailers have returned to normal operations. Consequently, online retailers have experienced a decline in their eCommerce traffic resulting in slowed sales throughout 2023.
Approach
In efforts to identify new growth opportunities, DKSH Consumer Goods eCommerce team collaborated closely with our clients to pioneer the DKSH Fair in partnership with Amazon Fresh Singapore.
The DKSH Fair was designed to bring together a wide range of our customers’ grocery products and local favorites in a single campaign. This multi-brand event proved highly effective in driving traffic to the platform and boosting our conversion rates, as consumers could explore a diverse array of products curated by DKSH.
By segmenting the products strategically, we ensured that DKSH Fair was easily navigable for consumers, catering to their specific needs. Additionally, we extended various discounts and savings to shoppers, granting our clients access to a level of activation they would not typically achieve as individual clients.
Result
As a testament to this successful collaboration, we were recently awarded by Amazon as the “Most Innovative Supplier” in the MNC Category for Amazon Fresh. The award was presented by the Country Manager of Amazon, Mizue Arakawa, praising the team’s amazing collaborative efforts in launching the first-ever DKSH Fair.
