Approach
We leveraged our global experience combined with in-depth local market knowledge to help the client create a “glocalization” marketing strategy. Using both general and modern channels, we focused on bringing Lactacyd closer to millions of consumers.
The key approach was to focus on the mom-and-baby chain stores. One of major customers was the Con Cung mom-and-baby store chain that we have cooperated with since 2017 to drive strong development and stable growth potential for the Lactacyd products.
Result
Our client has recorded a 20-fold revenue increase in Vietnam after 10 years of cooperation with DKSH. Lactacyd has also become one of the most popular hygiene care products in the market.
