This collaboration is in line with DKSH's strategy to expand its services for scientific instrumentation.

Under this new partnership, DKSH will provide marketing and sales, distribution and logistics as well as after-sales services for Thermo Fischer Scientific's Revco portfolio of ultra-low temperature freezers. The agreement will mainly focus on the clinical sector.
Thermo Fisher Scientific's Revco RDE Series Ultra Low Temperature (ULT) freezers are designed to provide a worry-free solution for emerging pathogen sample specimen storage. This product range's specifications are well in line with WHO's guidelines on Covid-19 Virus Nasopharyngeal swab specimen storage. These standards stipulate that the recommended temperature for storage is -70°C, if the expected storage time is more than 5 days.
